About Shea Crosby

Originally trained in computer information systems, Shea spent several years working as a programmer before discovering her passion for the law. After earning her law degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law, she dedicated her career to serving individuals and families throughout Northwest Arkansas. Outside the office, Shea enjoys spending time with her family and is deeply committed to helping others navigate difficult seasons with honesty, compassion, and practical guidance—values shaped not only by her legal career, but by her own personal experiences with divorce, co-parenting, and advocating for her family.
