Sadie Baumann

Sadie brings a strong foundation in family services and legal advocacy, with leadership experience in community service initiatives.

Sadie moved to Northwest Arkansas for college and quickly found a home in its vibrant and welcoming community. She earned her B.S. in Family and Human Services from John Brown University, with minors in Pre-Law and Intercultural Studies, and went on to earn her J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law.

Before law school, Sadie worked at a local adoption agency, where she developed a strong passion for family advocacy. She continued her commitment to public service in law school by supporting community engagement initiatives, coordinating pro bono clinics, recruiting student volunteers, and promoting public service across campus. She also gained hands-on experience through volunteer work, private and public interest clerkships, and by winning an intra-school-trial competition. Outside of the office, Sadie stays involved in the community as a competitive volleyball coach and mentor.
